I called Jeremy after getting the run-around from a water heater company. My Mom's water heater leaked and flooded the WH closet and the bathroom. Jeremy came in after hours on very short notice and installed new bathroom pipes and the new water heater. He came after working on another job all day and then stayed until 10pm to finish the job, because he didn't want my Mom to be w/o hot water. He did not charge extra and did a fantastic job in a very cramped space!! He then returned after a carpenter finished the bathroom repairs and installed all new fixtures and hooked them up. It took longer than he expected because of other issues, and he knocked off money to keep the cost down. He is very honest, professional and does great work. He has also worked on my daughter's house and was just as great there! He is also a really nice guy! I will use him anytime I need a plumber in the future.
