1st Pacific Capital Corp. was an amazing mortgage company in our recent re-financing experience. We had re-financed less than 6 months ago with a fine experience, but then 1st Pacific contacted us with an amazing offer to lower our interest rate almost a full percentage point without any cost to us whatsoever!
