Worst attitude for a company that is taking your money

This company calls without an appointment to test your knowledge. While I get that, Jeremy, was rude, unprofessional and insulting. Calling someone on a Sunday evening and explaining to him I was on vacation , he exploded on me. I have completed over 1000 notaries of all types, passed numerous certification tests, have 5 star rating with many companies, title companies. He stated I needed to take he loan courses which costs me over and above the membership fee. I think he just wants more money. For a business person he needs to take a customer service class.
