Oct 2007 I could not have been happier with the work that #1 State Plumbing did with our repiping. When the owner came to estimate the job he brought with him samples of the parts they would use and he spent 2 hours with us going through every detail. We knew exactly what we were getting and everything was written down. When they did the work they could have done things easier and cheaper for them but they didn't, things like going around the edges of a planter so that the pipes would not be dug up and broken, not cutting my driveway up to get the pipe though, and not drilling though my tile floors. They sent a team of 4 men out and though they all had their own jobs they worked together like a fine oiled machine. They were neat and clean and left my house in excellent conditon. They were very respectful to me and worked late to fulfill their promise of leaving us with water and a bathroom before they left each night. When the patchers came to patch they did a job that when they left you could barely see where they patched the walls. They also took the mess home with them leaving my home dusty but free of any pieces of wall or patching material. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. The teams began work the minute they arrived and they only stopped for thier breaks and their lunch. Even the city inspector said he had not seen a better job with the piping or the patching. I would strongly recommend them for anyone who is planning on repiping their home.
April 2008 We still are very happy with the work that the repiping company did on our home. We no longer have noises coming from underneith our house, the water tastes so good we no longer have to buy bottled water and we love the Noritz tankless water heater. We never run out of hot water and we have four bathrooms along with a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It works great. We have recommended #1 State Plumbing to our family and friends and they, too, have used them to repipe thier homes.They are just as happy with the work they had done on their homes as we were on ours. Some even had their drains replaced also. #1 State Plumbing is a great company to work with and after eight months I am still as impressed with them today as I was then. You cannot go wrong by using Art and his #1 State Plumbing Repiping business. He is an honest and a ethical man to work with and that is a hard quality to find in a business now a days.
