Has anyone heard of K2 and there way of banning players without just cause? I have been playing a game called Sword of the New World, and recently was banned for such a reason. I didn't think that not being active enough? Was enough for them to ban me. when i asked about why i was banned,I was re-directed to there code of conduct? (WTF) This is what they said! This account has been permanently closed due to behavior contrary to the policies of Sword of the New World. Any account found to be in violation of our policies is subject to suspension or termination. Has anyone been unjustly handled by such a thing? please help me.

I attached their report for you to view. They are in good standing with the BBB but check out the complaint allegations.

The complaints in their file are typical of a online gaming company. They cite terms and conditions but essentially the "code of conduct" violation is about using 3rd party enhancements allowing characters to have more weapons and beat the opponents.

It's important to be sure to read and understand all terms and conditions regarding game play before getting involved with any online gaming company. Although they have some free services/gaming, they often have restrictions that could cause you to have your character removed.

thank you Mari:) How good is BBB in getting accounts back or am i barking into the wind with no chance at all? It feels i have been singled out and a lesson handed out to others that K2 can do what ever they want even with no just cause it very upsetting can you suggest other options and/or avenues i may take?
