Fraud: Mortgage Modification

Join the crowd. US Equity/Richman & Associates got us for $2100, and they did nothing, absolutely nothing, to save our home. And I've yet to recoup that (and believe me I've been trying for almost 2 years now). Talk about adding insult to injury! Still paying off a $2100 credit card bill spent only trying to save home; got no results, no nothing; and still have to pay the $2,100! AGH!!!!!!!! Don't trust anybody. Speaking of which: H.O.P.E. contacted me yesterday (after I'd mailed them a letter in 2009!). Now you'd think H.O.P.E. is government program, right? Guess again! They want between $495-$795 to get us into an "agreement" with Wachovia/Wells Fargo. Yeah, right. Sucker me once, shame on you. Sucker me twice, shame on me. Anybody out there heard anything like this?
