I submitted a complaint against this company but am unable to reply to the company's reply to my initial complaint. I've submitted to BBB for their input and am awaiting their reply.

I forwarded your inquiry that's posted here in this forum to our Customer Service Department and you can use their email address, info@labbb.org, to send your rebuttal to the company's response. Perhaps you've already messaged them but I wasn't sure what you mean by "unable to reply to the company's reply to my initial complaint. I've submitted to BBB for their input and am awaiting their reply."

Thanks for the input. I appreciate it. Also, I did speak with BBB this morning and they advised that general replies are within 2-4 weeks. I explained about trying to reply on the 30th day due to being busy with our internation process and they re-opened the ability for me to reply on their site and also noted the company had taken almost 2 months in their reply.
